When a client requests a hacking service with us, we will immediately start working on said order, dedicating our time and work on it. A client who, after having placed an order, refuses to comply with their payment obligation, will incur a payment default and will be subject to consequences.
We live in the 21st century. Today, most people in the world are free.
This means that probably no one has forced you to enter our website, but that you have come here voluntarily. Nor does anyone force you to request a hacking service, because if you don’t like our website or aren’t satisfied with our working flow, or for any reason, our proposal doesn’t satisfy you, you can simply close our website and leave. We live in freedom and nobody forces you to do anything you don’t want to do.
All those people who voluntarily and in total and absolute freedom decide to hire a hacking service with us, must previously accept the Service Agreement is a text that every client has the obligation to read. There we explain all the relevant information about the service: what is the price, means of payment, how long we delay, guarantees and general terms and conditions.”service agreement, because we are also free, and in our freedom, we have decided that if we are going to do a job, it will be only under our conditions, or we prefer to do nothing.
2 Nothing is random
When a client place a new order with us, they know in advance how our service works, step by step and from the beginning to the end. With us, there are no hidden rules or small letters. When hiring a service, the client must accept the service agreement. By accepting it, it is presumed that they have read it. If a person orders a service without first having the delicacy and decency to read and understand how it works, then they will have no right to complain about anything later.
Everything is explained in the service agreement, including: how long will it take us to perform the work, what is exactly the proof we offer, what are the means of payment we accept, what is the deadline to make the payment after receiving the proof, what are the guarantees , among many other things of interest.
If a client has doubts regarding any point of the service agreement, it is their responsibility to get in touch us and ask all doubts. It will be a great pleasure for us to answer any and every questions as long as they are made before placing an order and not afterwards.
As everything is explained in extreme detail plus our support team works 24/7, we cannot accept a client to tell us things like: “but I believed that…”, “I supposed…” or “I thought…”. There is nothing that anyone should suppose, think or believe. There is only one text called “Service Agreement” that should be read.
In the event of a breach by the client, Cyberhacker reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to report the client to whom it corresponds as well as to publish their personal data and the details of their order on the internet and/or social networks.
4 Sale of debt
Cyberhacker reserves the right to sell the debt of a client at the moment in which it considers that it will not be paid. Selling a debt means that Cyberhacker will transfer the debt to a third person, who will make the claim for the money owed, in whatever way it deems most appropriate.
The sale of the debt will occur through the deep web. There, the basic data of the debt will be published (city and country of the client, value of the debt, date of default) and it will be offered by auction. The person who offers the most money will be the winner. The person who wins the auction will be given all personal data of the client as well as all order’s details and the current value of the debt.
5 Deep Web
The deep web is a part of the internet that is hidden from traditional browsers and search engines. It is accessed through a special browser called Tor.
Access to the deep internet itself is not a crime, however due to its hidden, unknown, anonymous and almost impossible to control nature, many criminals and criminal organizations operate there.
In order to sell a debt, it will be necessary to obtain the client’s personal data, since it is necessary for us to deliver said information to the buyer so that they can know who is the debtor and where to find them.
If a customer has used a fake email address and name to contact us, we will have to do some research to find out who the person is. This investigation task can be as simple as talking to the victim (the target to whom the customer asked to hack in the case of an email service, social network or cell phone), or a little bit complex, like tracking down the IP address or the device used to enter our website and/or contact us.
By requesting a hacking service with us, the client gives us his authorization to carry out this investigation and obtain their personal data in case of payment default, and understands that this may entail an additional value that will add to the debt, depending on the complexity and difficulty to obtain the data and the time that it is necessary to use for it. We will have to work and use resources in it, which will mean an expense that the client will have to assume.
The client understands that Cyberhacker is not a police or crime investigation agency. When conducting a debt auction, we do not know who the person who made the purchase is, nor do we know what methods this person will use to collect the money.
Cyberhacker is not responsible for any type of damage that the debtor client may suffer. By placing an order for a hacking service, the client authorizes Cyberhacker to auction off their debt on the deep web in the event of default. After the auction is held and the winner is awarded the debt, Cyberhacker will not be responsible for it nor will it be liable for the client.
